Kirk Con LLC completes a good deal of its work in house: our employees frame, side, finish, and drive the pilings, on our own equipment. When a project calls for more capacity or a specialty trade, we bring in a select group of high-quality subcontractors we know and trust. Where Texas law requires a specialty license — plumbing, electrical, HVAC — we bring in licensed professionals we have worked with for years, and we tell you plainly which parts those are. We also offer general contracting as a service when you want one company carrying responsibility for permits, scheduling, inspections, and the final walk-through.

A practical construction process
We begin by understanding the property, scope, timeline, and desired result. After reviewing site conditions we prepare a written estimate, then put our own crews and equipment to work on it, adding select subcontractors where the scope or schedule calls for them.
